Once you find the document, you will be able to download and store the request information for your use. You can use the keywords feature to search requests. The keywords will be compared with contents of all requests and responses and associated native documents (except scanned documents) and provide you with results that you may be looking for. Click on the Request Number on the first column to view details of the request.
