There will be a charge for printed documents of 5 cents per single sided, 8-1/2 x 11 page, 10 cents per double sided, 8-1/2 x 11 page. Other sized copies may be available at a higher cost. If the nature of the records to be copied requires extensive use of information technology resources, extensive clerical or supervisory assistance, or both, the town will charge a reasonable service charge based on the actual cost incurred. The fee for service will not exceed a maximum of $25.00 per hour with the first two hours provided at no cost. The records custodian must respond to requests as soon as practicable, without unreasonable delay and within ten calendar days. The response must be either an offer to provide the requested materials or a written denial citing the applicable exemption(s).
