Townforms can only be used for legitimate business processes.

Language presented on forms cannot be vulgar or obscene in nature.

Violation of this usage will result in cancellation of the company account
without refund.
- The registrant of a Townforms company account will be responsible as Company Administrator for the account.
- You will be able to create additional user accounts for your company.
- You are responsible for all the user accounts you create including activation and
deactivation of such accounts.
- You are responsible for actions of persons using the accounts you create.
- Townforms is a secure web site. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own username
and password. You should never share your username and password with anyone. No one at Townforms will ever ask you for your password.
- Townforms will not sell any of the personal information you enter for any account you create.

Townforms is a general forms automation tool and is not warranted to be suitable for any particular purpose.
Your use of Townforms is completely at your discretion.
You agree to hold Townforms harmless regarding any impact of its use by your company or organization.
- Townforms will make every attempt to make the web site available 24x7x365 with the exception of occasional
planned downtime for maintenance. However, Townforms does not guarantee an explicit percentage of up time.
Townforms will respond promptly to any report of site down time.
- Townforms service levels are monitored. Townforms does not prevent you from exceeding the request limit
of your Service Level, however, you will be billed the difference between your Service Level and the actual Service
Level you used in any given month.
- Unless otherwised arranged with Townforms, request data will be purged 12 months from the date a request is marked complete. A
facility is available in Townforms to export request data allowing our customers to archive their request data
indefinitely.
